What should we do this weekend? Every Friday, this question gets asked between the two of us, as we plan a few fun things to do during the couple of days off. From exploring to a penny carnival, we’re sharing the best family-friendly activities that you can take part in, this weekend, in Edmonton.

Head to the Penny Carnival | Head out to the Penny Carnival and try your hand at fifty cent games. It’s the perfect way to have some fun this weekend. It’s never been cheaper to try your hand at some great games for the whole family.

Watch a $2.99 Movie | This weekend, head to Cineplex where you can watch Rio on the big screen for only $2.99/person. It’s a cheap way to see a movie.

Inflatables in the Deep Pool | Inflatable obstacle course in the deep pool is one of those things that makes swimming even more enjoyable (read: you can tire out the kids). Head to Millennium Place on Saturday afternoons for a chance to see if you can make the course all the way through.
