From infants to adults, you’ll find costumes for the whole family – and even decor for the house – at Halloween Alley. It’s one of those places that we visit every year to get inspiration for Halloween, from costumes to the décor. We make a visit to get into the Halloween season and get inspired for Halloween costumes.
To celebrate and give you some last-minute costume inspiration, we wanted to share some of the top costumes for 2018. You can find them all at Halloween Alley.
Girls Unicorn
Unicorn onesies and costume accessories are hot for 2018 – just ask any nine-year-old you know what they’re going to be for Halloween.
Girls Onesies
Onesies are a favourite for Edmonton trick-or-treating because you can size-up and wear a jacket underneath. The onesie helps to keep the kids warm while they’re trick-or-treating, and our kids often re-use and wear the costumes for Pajama Day at school.
Girls Horror/Gothic & Boys Horror Freddie Chuckie
Halloween costumes can be fun, but they can also be scary! Some of the coolest Halloween costumes that we’ve seen are scary ones – especially when toddlers are dressed up in scary costumes!
Paw Patrol
Paw Patrol costumes are a toddler favourite, and they have been for years – we don’t see an end to this new classic of childhood costumes.
Boys and Girls Inflatable and Ride-on Costumes
Inflatable costumes are one of the coolest ways to make a statement, from the classic T-Rex, to the popular uniform costumes.
Boys and Girls Incredibles
The Incredibles is HOT this year, and it’s a go-to family costume where you can get everyone in the family dressed up in those incredible (see what we did there?) costumes, and it’s easy!
Cute Little Old Man & Little Old Woman
Have you seen the adorable little old man and little old woman costumes making their rounds? The top toddler costumes on our list this year are the Incredibles, and the adorable little old woman costumes. From the adorable tiny glasses, the ‘old lady dress’ and the wig – it’s over the top adorable.
Halloween Alley offers a fun experience within the store itself, decked out to get you into the excitement of the Halloween season. It’s a Canadian company, based locally, in Edmonton!
There are four Halloween Alley locations in Edmonton to shop at: West Edmonton Mall, Southgate Centre, St. Albert and Sherwood Park. Visit www.HalloweenAlley.ca for locations.
