Junior Geologist Tour at the Rock & Gem Show
On Friday at Edmonton Rock N’ Gem Show we are offering an educational tour for kids, focusing on topics like fossils, the rock cycle, and different types of rock. Our tour guide will answer questions and give you an in depth look at world of gems and minerals. If your child is interested in rocks this is the tour for them!
Haunted Pumpkin Festival at Prairie Gardens
The Haunted Pumpkin Festival at Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm, attracts families from across the nation to Edmonton’s countryside every fall! An autumn outing to the pumpkin patch and this charming month-long Halloween festival is an annual tradition. There’s been over 1 million guests to the farm have enjoyed the farm since 1956!
The Foodbank Fundraiser at Bountiful Farmers’ Market
In support of the Edmonton Food Bank, Bountiful Farmers’ Market is hosting a Thanksgiving Fundraiser. Participating food hall kitchens have created thanksgiving themed specials that will be available for two weekends only: October 4-6 and October 11-13. Customers can purchase a token from the information booth (beside Farmhouse Bakery at the South entrance) for a minimum $5 donation, which can be used for any one item listed below. All proceeds will be donated to the Edmonton Food Bank.

The latest time to walk through the maze is 9pm, and you can bring flashlights, a headlamp, and a sense of adventure to explore the corn maze in the dark! Could you find your way out?
