Join the South West Early Years Coalition and Nathan Ip – Public School Trustee, Ward H, for an afternoon of FREE family fun! One of our is to ensure our amazing community is aware of the resources that are right in their backyard! Each resource will have an activity for kids and information about their programs and services.

Family Fun Day in Secord
Come check out the Summer Carnival in Secord Saturday from 12-4pm! Proceeds support the development of a new community playground.
Activities include: face painting, dunk tank, concessions, bounce castles, crafts, carnival games and vendors.

Zoofest at Edmonton Valley Zoo 
Join us this June 16th, for our 20th Annual ZooFest and find out what happens at the zoo after the gates close! During ZooFest you can interact close up with roving zoo staff holding animals, pose for photos, create enrichment’s for our residents, watch painting demonstrations by Lucy, the Asian elephant, partake in raffles and bid on unique live and silent auction items. There will be restaurant and wine sampling for adults, a live and silent auction, and a Kids Zone that will have crafts, games and unique opportunities for kids to get up close and personal with our fuzzy, feathered, and scaly friends! There are few opportunities in Edmonton where adults can have a first class evening and share that with their children, and this is one of the best!
