With two birthdays in our family right around the corner, and close to the holidays – it’s sometimes difficult to answer when we get the question of “What should we get him for his birthday?”. Making that a bit easier, is a trip to Education Station where kids can pick out a few favorite things from the selection in the store, and place them into a birthday box.
The Birthday Box gives an answer to the “what to buy” and allows gift givers to take advantage of specials like the current 20% off of Melissa and Doug toys and the great collection of board games in store for little kids.
It’s a free service, you can simply visit the store and choose a few things to place in the box for a birthday or special occasion, and direct anyone who’s unsure of what to buy, to the gifts that have been chosen for the birthday.
How does it work? Fill a birthday box with the kids favourite toys, games, crafts, puzzles and more. Then send your family and friends to select a gift out of the box and receive a 15% discount on their purchase. Further details in-store.
Visit your local Education Station store to fill a birthday box or to learn more. Locations include Sherwood Park, 501 Festival Ave, and two in Edmonton: 1653 102 Street and 13204 137 Ave. You can browse the selection and learn more about what’s in store, at www.educationstation.ca.
