There are many cool places to play around our city. Getting outside the city brings even more fun, with hidden gems, like the Ardrossan Love to Play room, at Ardrossan Rec Centre. There’s fun walls, with ways for you to build rolling tracks or use scarves in the air maze, a fantastic little shop area, an epic fort building opportunity and much more.
Let your imagination take you there at Love to Play in Ardrossan Recreation Complex. We take pride in our mission to prepare children to succeed as preschoolers, help families live healthy lives and nurture a new generation of creative and global citizens.
Love to Play gives parents the option to drop children off for unparented fun, or stick around and join in (or observe) with Parents Time Out or Parents Tune In. (Find the schedule, here). The last time we used the program, it was only $7 to drop the kids off to play, for the entire program.
There’s a Fresh Healthy Cafe in the rec centre, and a lot of table space if you want to catch up on some work and grab some breakfast or lunch while the kids play, or it’s close enough to Sherwood Park that we’ve run errands before, and came back to grab the kids at the end of the program.
