The season where we start to transition to indoor play is nearly here – but the problem? Those indoor play places can be quite expensive (especially when you’re bringing along more than one child). We’ve rounded up the indoor playgrounds that offer happy-hour, or discount pricing for admission so you can head out to the indoor playground, without breaking the bank.
Here’s when and where to visit Edmonton indoor playgrounds for cheap admission:
Allstars Playland Indoor Playground
Regular Admission: $7.95 – $14.95/child
The Deal: 30% off during Happy Hour (9:30 – 10:30 am and 5:30 – 7:30 pm)
Allstars Playland is massive – and it’s one of those playgrounds that’s a great place to visit for all ages of kids, whether you’re trying to entertain kids that are ten months old, or ten years old.
Amazone Playzone
Regular Admission: $7.95 – $16.95/child
The Deal: Get 30% off of admission when you visit the playground after seven o’clock
Amazone Playzone is another of those playgrounds that’s a great place to visit for all ages of kids, whether you’re trying to entertain kids that are ten months old, or ten years old. The Zipline and Ninja course is an added cost, something to consider when you’re planning for the cheap visit!
Fun Park
Regular Admission: $12.99 – $18.99
The Deal: Get 50% off of Jumping and Indoor Playground on Mondays
Fun park is generally a pretty expensive place to visit – especially when it’s charged per hour on the weekends. Take advantage of Monday and jump for half off, without the restrictions. It’s a great place for kids to burn off energy with the trampolines and indoor play park, but skip the extras, they’re just not worth the cost.
Hide & Seek Playground
Regular Admission: $6.95 – $14.95/child
The Deal: Get 30% off of admission when you visit the playground after seven o’clock
Jump 360 Trampoline Park
Regular Admission: $10-18/hour
The Deal: Get 30% off of admission when you visit the trampoline park after seven o’clock
Jump 360 is one of our kids favourite places to jump – and when we can visit and get thirty percent off, it makes it a little more enticing to go and jump for an hour before bedtime!
Rock Paper Scissors Indoor Playground
Regular Admission: $6.95 – $13.95/child
The Deal: Get 30% off when you visit before 10 am and after 7pm Monday to Thursday
Getting out of the house early comes with a little incentive when you’re visiting Rock Paper Scissors. This is a cheap activity for morning fun, especially for children under three and the lower admission costs! There is no cost for parents to visit the playground.
Sweet Pea Cafe & Playhouse
Regular admission: $8.95/90 minutes
The Deal: Monday – Saturday 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm Playhouse time slots are only $4.95.
You’re going to have to book this one ahead of time but there’s a definite reason to visit – and that’s the gorgeous playground, thoughtful design and the new experience that’s unlike anything else in the city of Edmonton. It’s a small village, kid-sized, with a doctors office, supermarket and restaurant. Only fifteen kids play at a time, and time slots are 90 minutes long.
