Did you know? Every Canadian province and territory is home to its own stretch of The Great Trail, which is owned and operated at the local level? The Trans Canada Trail’s goal is to have The Great Trail connected from coast to coast to coast in 2017, for Canada’s 150th anniversary of Confederation celebrations, and we want you to come celebrate.
Add The Great Trail Celebration to your calendar on August 26th, 11-2 and come out and enjoy a fun-filled day with the family, that won’t cost you a thing!
The Trans Canada Trail with support from Canadian Heritage has a goal to connect The Great Trail and the country for a grand celebration on August 26, 2017. Communities across Canada will be celebrating The Great Trail and Canada’s 150th on the same date.
