One of our favorite places, the World Waterpark will offer a free swimming lesson Thursday, June 18, at West Edmonton Mall as part of a world wide effort to break a Guinness World Record for the largest swimming lesson.
Lessons will begin at 10:00 a.m. and is open to all kids and adults of all ages. At the swimming lesson, there will demonstrations of floating, breath holding and basic skills.
The event is hosted to demonstrate the importance of the swimming lessons save lives initiative, and will last about thirty minutes.
What a fun way to start the summer, taking part in an effort to break the world record for swimming lessons and open the dialogue about water safety.
