We are always on the lookout for fun childhood experiences to share with you, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. When we discovered the Valley Zoo Sleepover ($85), camp option, through Leduc Recreation Centre, we knew we had to share.
Kids can wake up to the sounds of gibbons whooping and kookaburras laughing! This exciting overnight at the zoo will include an evening tour to see which animals are just waking up, behind-the-scenes experiences, and animal encounters. You will help make and deliver animal enrichments, and experience a night to remember.
There are two age groups that are available to take part in the activity (5-7 and 8-12). The fee for the sleepover is $85, and the event dates are August 26 at 5pm to August 27 at noon. Drop off and pick up is in Leduc, giving the children the chance to experience a fun sleepover experience, that also makes a great close-t0-home first go, at overnight camp.
