The Christmas Train is an incredible show and a must-do through the holiday season for children who love trains, Christmas lights, and families who want to experience something magical. Though there are no stops in Edmonton this year (it alternates years), there are stops during the afternoon for families that want to keep up with the bedtime routine!

We’ve surprised the kids in the past, parking and going for a ‘walk’ before the train arrives, and the magical train with entertainment and Christmas lights, just happens to show up. It’s Christmas magic at its finest! Make sure that you’re bundled up, it’s cold out there and you’re not going to want to miss the Christmas performance because you didn’t dress for the weather.

Show-goers are asked to bring a food bank donation. Visit www.cpr.ca to learn more about the holiday train.
