Enjoy all things winter at Elk Island National Park! Kick things off on Family Day, February 19, with live music, snow games, and treats roasted over the fire in the Astotin Lake Recreation Area! Fun continues through the week with snowshoeing, skating, wildlife viewing, and drop-in programs. Join in the fun with friends and family all week long!

Come out with the whole family for snacks, activities for all ages, a magic show, and giveaways! All registered attendees are entered for a free month of child care – simply RSVP and come out to the event to participate.

Cineplex Family Favourites
Saturday mornings at 11am for Cineplex Family Favourites. Watch a family favourite film each week for only $2.99. A portion of the proceeds goes towards supporting WE Charity. It’s a fun and affordable way to enjoy the weekend with your family! This weekend the movie being screened is WONDER.

Everyone Gets to Play Winter Fun Day 
Grab your skates and helmet and join us on February 24 at the Emerald Hills Skating Pathway (4501 Emerald Drive, Sherwood Park) for FREE activities and fun! From 11 am to 2 pm, you’ll be able to skate, snowpaint, go on a wagon ride, have some hot chocolate plus much more!
